The trading arm of a major charity appointed Menzies Response to handle its mail order fulfilment. The charity raises money by selling a range of gifts, greeting cards and books, primarily to the Christian community.
The client produces several catalogues per year and has a range of around 500 items, the mail order fulfilment for which we handle. Orders came from both consumers and the client’s trade partners which include bookshops, national councils, area co-ordinators and resellers.
Our PCI compliant response and call centre receive orders by phone and post, the order processing of which is handled in our secure room. Our call centre also offers customer service over the telephone. The charity’s goods are stored in our warehouse and quickly despatched to the consumer or organisation in question.
