Bosch Case Study
Bosch is a leading manufacturer of household appliances, with a range including dishwashers, vacuum cleaners, and kitchen appliances. As well as a large ecommerce presence, Bosch have a number of retail outlets that sell their products directly to consumers. produce a range of point of sale material to support retail outlets that stock their laundry and kitchen appliances.
Menzies Response supported Bosch in their retail activity as their point of sale fulfilment partner. Bosch produced their own POS and other marketing materials which were then stored in our secure warehouse.
Bosch Area Managers ordered the required material either directly through their allocated Menzies Response Account Manager or through a bespoke website. Orders were picked, packed and despatched within 24 hours and a confirmation email was sent to the recipient. Due to the very specific nature of some of the POS items, detailed instructions on how and where they were to be used were included with each consignment.
In addition to the despatch of trade point of sale material, Menzies Response also managed the consumer order processing and fulfilment of Bosch household appliance brochures. Some of the highlights of our activity include:
