The Caravan and Motorhome Club has worked with Orbital Mailing (Now part of Menzies Response) for 7 years to ensure the effective distribution of its monthly members magazine. The service we receive from our fantastic account management team is outstanding – as a rule everything runs so smoothly that we (sadly!) rarely need to speak, but on the odd occasion when we do need additional support in tackling an issue such as late delivery of collateral the team work quickly and efficiently to find a resolution.
A part of the membership team
We have built up strong relationships with our call centre-staff… they have developed excellent working knowledge of the Society, its work and processes and I consider them to be an integral part of the membership team. The account management team are extremely accessible, helpful, and willing to explore ways in which service can be improved
We had an excellent election yesterday, with 700 new members joining. I’d like to pass on that the Contact Centre team has been consistently awesome in the run up to this, and has made our job much easier! Also, your client services team has stepped in flawlessly — its been busy leading up to the closing date and they have been great.

Lovely Call Centre Staff
We appointed Orbital Response to take on our booking phone line. The team in the Response Centre were able to go live in just 4 days and did a wonderful job keeping queries to a minimum.
